3. Kiwi
   Kiwi contains vitamin C as much as 84 grams per one fruit. The content of vitamin C in kiwi fruit is also higher than the vitamin C content in oranges. The antioxidant content of its high vitamin C makes kiwi fruit can help the body fight infections and free radicals in the body. This fruit is also good for heart health, improve sleep patterns, and regulate blood pressure.
